I was recently hired to develop a complex online registration form, with a real time payment option. After researching several form design and processing products, I picked Conkurent’s PHPForm Pro, Members version.  
This product provided all my basic requirements, but the client needed several modifications. This is when I submitted several programming requests… Working with Conkurent on these enhancements was great. They responded to my requests with a confirmation and later with a quote, in a timely manner. Once I approved the job, the process was very smooth. On the rare occasion where things did not work perfectly for me (in testing), the team fixed the issues very quickly.
